Shadow of Bat cell/sketch

I have acquired what seems to be an original comic cell / sketch from the Batman series entitled ‘Shadow of Bat.’ I don’t know much about it, its worth, etc. I was wondering if anyone here knows anything about it. Pics enclosed.

Well for what it’s worth it looks like the artwork from the issue indicated at the top of the page. It’s from Batman: Shadow of the Bat comic #20 page 13.
Looks like it’s from the letterer. It’s been a while since that issue came out, but I’d guess that back then the art was scanned and sent to the letterer for him/her to put the word onto the page without “messing up” the original artwork.
Not sure how you’d go about verifying this though.
