Spawn/Batman – the one by Image Comics
Dark Knight Returns:  The Last Crusade
Batman:  The Dark Knight Returns #1-4
Batman:  The Dark Knight Strikes Again #1-3
Dark Knight III:  The Master Race #1-9
Dark Knight Returns:  The Golden Child

This can be a nice looking book, as most of the issues are available in TPB form.  The one major exception is All-Star Batman and Robin the Boy Wonder #10, which was only reprinted in the Absolute edition, so the original single issue would be required for binding, unless Frank Miller and Jim Lee finally finish the storyline.
