Because of copyright problems with the Sax Rohmer Estates, it looks like we may never see these stories collected in any form. Fortunately I grew up reading these stories and collected all the issues. One of my all time series produced by Marvel Comics in the 1970′s, this is my map for these early adventures of Shang-Chi, Master of Kung Fu.

Shang-Chi also appeared in various issues of the black and white magazine Deadly Hands of Kung Fu between 1974 and 1977.

Volume 1 (17 issues)

Special Marvel Edition 15, 16

Master of Kung Fu 17-21

Giant Size Master of Kung Fu 1

Giant Size Spider-Man 2

Master of Kung Fu 22-27

Giant Size Master of Kung Fu 2

Giant Size Master of Kung Fu 3

Volume 2 (18 issues)

Master of Kung Fu 28-37

Giant Size Master of Kung Fu 4

Master of Kung Fu 38-43

Master of Kung Fu Annual 1

Volume 3 (18 issues)

Master of Kung Fu 44-52

Marvel Two-in-One 29

Master of Kung Fu 53 (reprint)

Master of Kung Fu 54-58

Volume 4 (17 issues)

Master of Kung Fu 59-75

Volume 5 (18 issues)

Marvel Team-Up 82-85

Master of Kung Fu 76-89

Although Shang-Chi doesn’t appear in Marvel Team-Up 82 and 83, it was essential to include these 2 issues with 84 and 85 since it was a 4 part story.

Volume 6 (18 issues)

Master of Kung Fu 90-107

Volume 7 (20 issues)

Master of Kung Fu 108-121

Rom 38, 39

Master of Kung Fu 122-125
