It should go:
Classic #1 (pgs 1-4)
Giant Size #1 (chapter 1)
Giant Size #3 (Joss Whedon story)
Giant Size #1 (chapters 2-end)
Classic #1 (pgs 19-end)

You can discard whatever pages it is that summarize chapters 2-4 of GS #1.

Then the new material from GS #4 and the backup from Classic #2 need to go between the chapters of X-Men #94. #94 continues directly into #95 and there cannot be any issues in between.
