Onslaught is coming! But first, the X-Men must survive his herald, the punishing and powerful Post! Stolen from the Mansion in the middle of the middle of the night the X-Men must defeat Post while in their pajamas?

Some time ago the mad Mikhail Rasputin swept the Morlocks away into a harsh realm where time ran much faster than normal. There, the next generation of Morlock children came of age, hard and cold and bitter. They returned as a terrorist unit called Gene Nation, and Storm nearly had to slay their leader. Now adducted into Mikhail’s brutal dimension Storm must prevail against the living reminders of her failure to lead the Morlocks!

Then to save a trainful of commuters from Mr. Sinister’s explosive experiments Gambit, Bishop and Beast risk life and limb! As if that was not bad enough the X-Men have reached the end of the road to Onslaught but have all their trials been enough to prepare them for the mysterious villain’s imminent assault?

Volume 34: Onslaught Strikes

Everything changes for the Children of the Atom and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes! Behold the psionic force of nature known as Onslaught! But what dread foe could terrify the unstoppable Juggernaut? Volume 11: Mutant Massacre

The first X-Men crossover event and still the most brutal! When Sabretooth and the lethal Marauders, Arclight, Riptide, Vertigo, Harpoon, Scalphunter and Scrambler attack the underground community of outcasts known as the Morlocks, the X-Men, X-Factor and New Mutants join forces to stop them with help from Thor, Daredevil and Power Pack! Volume 12: Truth and Consequences

Meet Bird-Brain, a bizarre creature who’s about to become the team’s feathered friend. The New Mutants face off against their rivals, the Hellions, to track Bird-Brain down but before the quest is done, one of them will switch sides! Volume 14: Fall of the Mutants

Three teams of mutants. Three tales of tragedy. Angel is dead, apparently by suicide. The Beast is slowly losing his amazing intellect. Iceman’s powers are out of control. Volume 25: Fatal Attractions II

Volume 27: Phalanx Covenant

The Phalanx, a cold, vicious and unstoppable foe that absorbs all in its path has been unleashed against Mutantkind! But these creatures are far more than their creators bargained for and they plan to summon their parent race to overtake Earth! When the Phalanx captures the X-Men, the remaining X-teams must split into three groups. Volume 28: Legion Quest

Then, it’s the dawning of a new day as Xavier’s School opens the doors to its Massachusetts Academy! Jubilee says goodbye to the X-Men as she joins the fledgling Generation X, along with the sullen Chamber, overachieving Husk, know-it-all M, good natured Sync, mischievous Skin and the mysterious Penance, but when the marrow sucking monster known as Emplate strikes, will any of the new students survive their baptism of fire?

Then, Mystique seeks revenge against Legion for killing Destiny. Unfortunately, he actions have awakened a once comatose Legion!
