There really isn’t any other way to bind this weekly series. It fits perfectly into a 2 volume edition.

BlueDevil2002 adds a slight variation to volume 2:
WWIII #1 starts off with a scene from Week 45, Day 5.
After that, I think the easiest way is to put 52 #50 in between WWIII #3 and #4. It starts off with 3 pages from day 2, and page 4 contains days 3-5. The bulk of the comic takes place on day 6 with a couple pages from day 7.
But it really comes down to personal preference on story flow.
Technically, there is another way to bind, but it involves careful splicing of 52 #50 around the WWIII issues to get exact chronological order.
If you know where exactly where let me know. I bound the series before I read it (as a matter of fact I’m on like week 40 right now).

Preparing to bind this myself and was wondering if I should add 52 Aftermath: The Four Horsemen mini to the bind. Does anyone know of any other minis or 1 shots that have the “52″ banner on them?
I’m just such a completest…lol
I don’t blame you. The only ones I found was the 52 Aftermath: Crime Bible and the 4 Horsemen…I’m still looking for issue #6 of the 4 Horsemen for my 52 Aftermath bind.
It all depends on where you plan on taking your binds. Since I know I’m not binding Countdown I’m going to include the Black Adam mini series.
Crime Bible! I thought there was another mini. Adding that and the Horsemen mini to the bind…hmmm…I may need to split this into 3 volumes now.
Yup. So spinning out of 52, Crime Bible is carried over in Final Crisis: Revelations and then Detective Comics featuring Batwoman.
The Black Adam mini is continued in JSA…23-25 I think. It’s after Final Crisis.
Checkmate and Booster Gold are two titles (probably of many) that also spin out of 52.
Where do you guys get these bound?
Here is a directory for binderies. http://marvelmasterworksfansite.yuku.com/topic/14429/Updated-bindery-list
You might want to try to find one in your area since it’ll save you on shipping.
I use Herring and Robinson, they’re based in California and are in that directory.
